Rep. Frank is a really smart guy. I love his style in conducting committees.

However,  his handling of the financial situation has not really been good. He has denied any kind of responsibility (even though he said on camera that Fannie is a good investment before their fall and has been a member and is the current chair of House Financial Services Committee) and will attack anybody for questioning him (Bill O’Reilly and that one law student from Harvard (or from some school and made national news)).

Well today I am applauding him for sponsoring The Internet Gambling Regulation, Consumer Protection, & Enforcement Act of 2009. This Act will legalize (and regulate) online gaming in the USA.

“My fundamental reasons for doing this are that the government should not interfere with people’s liberty unless there is a good reason,” Frank said.

The only thing that I am hesitant about is giving even more power to Sec.  Geithner.

Manny Ramirez is suspended for 50 games for testing positive in a drug test. All I have to say is that he really messed up my fantasy team (besides being a bad role model, an embarrassment to the industry, etc.).
